New technologies are confusing to many of us. Jack Linefsky, director of operations at Value Companies, told Multifamily Executive Magazine, “Now we are able to give our residents 21st-century technology in a well-located, well-maintained building, even though our portfolio is older.” Today’s renters and condo buyers expect a reliable fiber-optic network or other high-bandwidth alternatives they can link to from home.
