If you have ever considered a career as a Resident Apartment Manager, now is the time to take advantage of the vast opportunities open to well trained, responsible men and women. The Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles (AAGLA) offers a four week curriculum which covers all aspects of property management and offers FREE PLACEMENT ASSISTANCE. Classes are held two evenings per week from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m. for four weeks. Enrollment makes you an AAGLA member, entitled to all Manager Membership services, absolutely FREE for a period of 1 year. Upon successful completion of the course, graduates will receive a CERTIFICATE and FREE PLACEMENT ASSISTANCE. While we are not able to GUARANTEE placement, 80% of our graduates are placed into positions as Resident Apartment Managers or Leasing Agents.

Classes are offered in AAGLA's main office located at 621 S. Westmoreland Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90005

The class fee is $500 per person or $850 per couple. A discount of $50 will be given if payment is received in full by the registration date. If you are paying the full amount by the registration date please pay only $450. Otherwise, a minimum of 50% of the fee must be paid prior to class start. The remaining balance is due no later than the 6th night of class. Please remember, in order to take advantage of the discount your payment must be received by the registration date.

REFUND POLICY: 1) Before class start: 100% refund less a $50.00 administration fee; 2) * After 1st night of class: 50% of total paid will be refunded; 3) * No refunds after 2nd night of class. 4) * Refunds must be requested no later than 2nd night of class. *Class night (whether person attends class or not). This course is approved by the Department of Real Estate for 24 Clock Hours of Continuing Education credit in Consumer Service. DRE Sponsor # 2087. Written Exam Required.
