Become Legislatively Active on a National Level and Build Strength in Numbers

The apartment industry plays a critical role in our country, providing housing for more than 85 million Americans. Now you can be a part of strengthening the profession by making your voice heard in the halls of the United States Congress. Each March, the National Apartment Association (NAA) brings apartment leaders together in Washington, D.C., to meet face-to-face with their congressional representatives.

The Capitol Conference combines committee meetings, special events, networking events and legislative briefings, all designed to provide attendees with tools for best practices, current issues affecting the industry and the opportunity to network and develop relationships with peers from across the country. Attending the Capitol Conference will assist you in staying in tune with industry legislation on the horizon.
