AAGLA offers an 8 Night Course which covers all aspects of property management.

Classes are held at the AAGLA Main Office from 7 pm to 10 pm on the nights that are indicated on the calendar for that specific month. (Please see Calendar)
Upon successful completion of the training, graduates will receive a certificate. Enrollment entitles you to a restricted Manager Membership (No Tenant Screening Services or access to Rental Housing Forms).

You can renew your membership for only $ 50.00, a year.
The class fee is $ 450.00, there is a $ 50.00 discount if you pay in full by the registration date. The registration cut-off date is the 26th of each preceding month before the scheduled training.
There is a special discount to AAGLA Members. Please call Yvonne Calderon for further info. Also, if you would like to attend the training as a team, the price is $ 350.00 per person, $ 700.00 per team.
